Abstract
Specific characteristics differentiating the adolescent therapeutic group from other groups are considered in the paper. Peer group functions in the developmental stage of adolescence are described, as well as difficulties encountered by the therapist in the course of group therapy of adolescent patients. The difficulties pertain mostly to their motivation to treatment and attitude towards the therapist.
